My first attempt in creating a blog was a grand success,
at least grade wise. Brian, my VCC instructor
awarded A+. Not Bad hey...I was thinking if I should start an another blog
where I can talk about just food and wine. Less academic but more adventurous...
I call it adventurous as I am neither a Qualified Chef nor a certified Sommelier.
This is a conscious effort to express my views and expect your opinion, friends
and foe. Friends will be considered foe if no comments are submitted and yes,
Pho is my favourite food after a bad hangover. I had Pho after watching
Hangover II too...
